About Me
I’m Sue Venter, and my path to becoming a coach was born from personal survival after 16 years of surviving narcissism. For years, I gave everything to others—both in my nursing career and in my personal life—while quietly carrying the weight of my own struggles. I know what it feels like to lose yourself in the chaos, to doubt your worth, walking on egg shells and to wonder if you’ll ever feel whole again.
Surviving those seasons wasn’t easy. But through my own journey of healing, I learned that survival doesn’t have to be the end of the story—it can be the beginning. I rebuilt my sense of self, step by step, and discovered the tools and practices that allowed me to move from just getting through the days to actually thriving.
Now, I guide others who are walking a similar path. My coaching blends professional training with personal understanding, offering a safe space where you’re seen, validated, and equipped with practical strategies to reclaim your strength.
